I joined the Signal and Image Processing Laboratory (LTSI) to develop a model of chronic vagal nerve stimulation to prevent surgically induced heart failure in rats. I was in charge of the surgical procedures and the ultrasound follow-up.
·    Animal Health Officer and Laboratory Head, Biotrial Pharmacology France    20014-2016
Biotrial Pharmacology is a contract research organisation with a capacity of 45 dogs and pigs, 40 non-human primates and 800 rodents and lagomorphs. I was in charge of the animal welfare, I supervised and reassessed the surgical procedures (training, standard operating procedures, validation of skills acquisition, criteria of skills, pre- and postoperative actions) and I was conducting studies and developing original experimental models as a study director.
·    Consultant and Partner in small animal surgeon in Brittany, France    2005-2014
I worked with approximately 50 small animal veterinarians as a mobile veterinary surgeon and was responsible for providing specialty care for complex orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery cases. I contributed to build up two small animal practices, a diagnostic imaging clinic (the first dedicated veterinary 16 slice spiral CT scanner in France) and a night/weekend emergency service.

I developed hepatocyte hypothermic storage procedures. The goal of this study was to transfer this knowledge from basic research to therapeutic applications for the care of patients suffering of liver diseases (extracorporeal liver device).
