After one year in a large animal practice in Austria three years abroad in small animal practices (UK) followed. Dr. Gradner joined the small animal surgery team in 2004 at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna, where she did her doctoral thesis about back movement in Malinois dogs. After her ECVS residency program with a main focus on soft tissue, she also developed on neurosurgery/oncologic surgery, where her scientific emphasis lies.
