Dr. Amsellem graduated from the veterinary school of Nantes in France and completed a small animal internship at Purdue and a small animal surgery residency at Colorado State University. Dr. Amsellem has completed a surgical oncology fellowship at University of Florida in 2010. Dr. Amsellem spent 6 years as a small animal surgeon at university of Prince Edward Island in Canada. Dr. Amsellem is currently associate professor of surgery at University of Minnesota. His main professional interests are soft tissue surgery, surgical oncology and total hip replacement.
