Saskia Herges is an ECC Resident at the LMU Small Animal Clinic. A graduate of veterinary school in 2019, she began her career through volunteering and has since gained clinical experience across multiple departments at LMU. In addition to her residency, she is pursuing the national specialist qualification in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia.
As part of her residency program, Saskia Herges has completed several externships in the United Kingdom, Sweden, and South Africa, further broadening her international perspective in emergency and critical care.
She is currently working on her doctoral thesis focusing on hemodialysis in dogs.
