Dr. Metje Benjamin is a resident of the European Veterinary Dental College (EVDC) and has been head of the dental department at the Clinic for Small Animals at the Hannover Veterinary University Foundation since June 2020. He built this department independently and established it successfully. After completing his veterinary medicine studies at the TiHo Hannover and completing his doctorate in the small animal clinic there, he worked there from September 2018 to June 2020 as an assistant veterinarian with a focus on dentistry in surgery.Since July 2020, Dr. As part of his EVDC residency, Metje did international rotations at renowned institutions, including the University of Ljubljana, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna, the Arka Klinika in Krakow and the private veterinary practice Chemnitz (Dr. Jan Schreyer). He is currently one of two EVDC residents in Germany.
